Our mission and vision at Without Walls Church is to be Jesus in our world. Our main focus is to serve not only the needs of our church, but our church serve the needs of our city.
At Without Walls Church, the living, breathing presence of God is our priority. Everything we do flows first from a deep desire for His presence to permeate every aspect of our lives. Through the submission of our will, agendas, ideas and plans to Him, we allow Him the freedom to work His will in His way within our midst.
We believe that prayer is of the upmost importance and priority, and that everything we do must be birthed and sustained through prayer. We believe that when we seek God in prayer, He reveals strategies, ideas, and plans for all we are to accomplish in our church, in our community, and in our world, for the glory of His name.
The Church is comprised of individuals, who, when working together in unity, form one body. We are united in heart, mind, spirit, purpose and vision, though we are each made uniquely in the image of God. We are team and purpose driven, believing that, though we are many, when we function as one, we are strongest and most effective for the Kingdom.
We believe that God set the ultimate example of generosity through the sacrifice of His Son. We give generously of our treasure, our time, and our talent, knowing that when we allow God to flow through us as vessels, He provides not only for our needs, but for the needs of others as well.
We believe that the health of our corporate body is a direct result of the health of the individuals who make up our body. Individual strength leads to corporate strength. We desire to see people come to a place of maturity in their Christian walk, growing in the wisdom and knowledge of Christ through discipleship, accountability, mentoring, training, equipping and study.
We believe that God has predestined each of us to participate proactively and purposefully in establishing His kingdom here on earth, and that our participation is expressed through serving. Following Christ as our supreme example of servant leadership, we are motivated, not from selfish ambition or personal gain, but through a deep desire to love and serve others.
As sinful human beings, our integrity is flawed, but through the blood of Jesus, and by abiding in Him, we can partake of His divine nature and character. We believe that God has called us to be people of excellence, uprightness, and wholeness, not striving for unattainable perfection, but rather pursuing and endeavoring to reflect the integrity of Christ in all that we do.
